Important: You must have already installed the update from the January 2008. If you haven't, please download and install the appropriate file below.

To update your system keeping all your settings and current projects, simply click on the the appropriate update file link from the list above, choose 'Save'. Download file to desktop and double click it to start the update installation.

The update will install to the default location e.g for the full version it is C:/Program files/ONTRACK.

For the OWNER version it is C:/Program files/ONTRACK OWNER.

Please browse to the right location if your version is not installed in the default location.

Remember to periodically make a complete manual back up of your files. Before updating your ONTRACKEQUINE system is a good time to back up your work.

Use the new backup function (within the Reports Panel) to save a copy of your DATA folder. All your work and all movie and picture files are saved in this Data folder. If you open the DATA folder you will see the Locations that you have entered. You can select individual Location folders to backup manually if you wish.

Note: These download files are large, DSL/Broadband connection highly recommended. If you need a copy of the file on disk, please contact your agent.
